Apparently Virginia has a budget surplus! Amazing! It has been hard for us who have state workers in the family to not get raises for a couple of years, but as long as they don’t raise my taxes too, I can deal with that. It is like at work. Look, there are many ways to make money blogging, but rarely does one make enough to have to get a 1099 from a company let alone be able to pay a $300 business fee.
